Hot Tubs and Pools
Having a pool or hot tub can be an enticing addition to your property. This is only true if it is clean and in working condition. If it is not, it will be seen as a drawback to your home. It’ll be something that the new buyer will have to deal with and not enjoy. If your hot tub is non-functional, have it removed before going on the market. A deck or pad with wiring ready for a hot tub is better than a broken hot tub in that space.
